Abstract
The presence of a fistula between a coronary artery and the right heart, the pulmonary artery or the superior vena cava is a rare congenital heart defect, often related to increased risk of serious and life threatening complications. We present a rare case of a giant aneurismal fistula originated from the right coronary ostium and draining into the right atrium, diagnosed with the use of modern imaging techniques.
